Delivery Policy

Physical goods

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from LoveSpice69 containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australian Air Express within three to five working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. Refund & Returns Policy

No claim will be considered in respect of any goods considered to be defective or damaged nor in respect of any services alleged to be defective unless itemised particulars of such alleged defect or damage have been notified in writing to LoveSpice69 within 7 days of delivery of the goods or the completion of the services and in the case of goods they are returned at no cost to LoveSpice69 for examination within that period.

Goods for Return

Before you request to return an item to us, please ensure you have inserted batteries if required to check that it is working. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept used items or offer “change of mind” refunds, however we will replace any items that are genuinely faulty immediately.

Please read the following information:

For all faulty products we offer a 7 day replacement warranty, from the date as indicated from Australian Air Express tracking information. When we receive the returned product, we will test the product according to manufacturer guidelines to determine if the product is in fact faulty. If we determine your case to be true, we will replace your product free of charge and shipped back to you. If the product is not faulty, and is in fine working condition, the buyer must pay all fees to get the product returned back to them. When returning a product to us for initial inspection it is the buyer’s responsibility to cover freight charges. We recommend flat rate satchels from Australia Post. This offers tracking information at a reasonable price from anywhere in Australia. Products will be inspected for serial numbers, and packaging to confirm the product is in fact what we sent the buyer. Before returning an item to us, please contact support@lovespice69.com.au Most organisations can on-sell returned products, however due to the nature of our business and our inability to guarantee that a product hasn’t been used, we can’t accept returns for safety/hygiene reasons.

Privacy and Discretion

SALES TAX/TAXES DUTIES

GST, other taxes and duties are included in the price set out in any invoice for payment and will not be payable in addition whether or not appearing in the invoice. Where an error in the amount payable occurs the correct amount shall remain payable.

RESERVATION OF TITLE

Title to the goods supplied pursuant to any invoice SHALL NOT pass until LoveSpice69 has received payment in full of all monies and any sales tax, taxes or duties payable in respect of the goods. Until payment, the goods shall be held as bailee for LoveSpice69 and shall not be dealt with in any way which is inconsistent with LoveSpice69 title, rights or interest in the goods which are to be kept in good and marketable condition and at the risk of the purchaser named in the invoice.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Upon having made an online purchase you will receive an email of your order details including, Order number, Purchase details, and estimated total value of order. The order value for freight will be zero as LoveSpice69 are offering FREE SHIPPING to their valued customers. In the event of non-receipt of your package, chances are that an attempted delivery was made by Australia Post and your parcel is actually waiting for you at your local post office.

Please check your letter box for an attempted delivery card which will advise you when and where you can collect your items. If after 21 days your package has still not arrived, all your details remain the same and Australia Post has returned the package to us, we will re ship the goods at our expense to you. If you entered a false name or delivery information, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery and will not replace or refund your order. Please trust that your package will be delivered discreetly! For delivery within Australia, allow 3-5 working days.

Delivery times to remote areas can be longer. Your Mags, Books and Toys will be delivered to you securely packaged. Faulty Goods can be returned for credit or exchange but are subject to the LoveSpice69 Credit Returns Policy. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage.
